Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup low-fat cheedar cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- spices to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron to medium high.
- Squeeze the water from the zucchini using a cheese cloth or paper towels.
- In a large bowl combine zucchini, salt, almond flour, low-fat cheese, and egg.
- Pour mixture to your hot waffle iron
- Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
