Brazilian Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette (Spelled Vinagrete in portuguese) is a Brazilian dish similar to pico de gallo and it pairs great with grilled meat. This dish is typically accompanied by rice, beans, meat, vegetables, and “farofa” (toasted cassava flour).

We love this vegetable chopper to save time when cooking. You do have to cut the vegetables in medium-sized pieces to help chop it better. Click this the picture below for the link to the Vegetable chopper we have.



Brazilian Vinaigrette

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 4-5 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh or dried parsley


  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Mix until well combined
  • Refrigerate overnight for best results
