Chicken Fajitas

Chicken Fajitas

Servings 4 servings


  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper (or half of each), sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Avocado oil spray


  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • Add sliced peppers, onions and chicken tenders to a sheet tray
  • spray with avocado oil until well coated
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the packet of taco seasoning
  • Squeeze 1/2 lime
  • Mix it all up and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken has reached 165°
  • Serve with rice and salad and enjoy!
