High Protein Breakfast Biscuits

Servings 6


  • 1 cups high protein pancake mix (we used Kodiak Cakes)
  • 1 package (9 oz) chicken sausage, diced (we used Amylu brand)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup water


  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Combine pancake mix, eggs, chicken sausage, cheese and water
  • Line sheet tray with parchment paper. Using a 1/4 measuring cup portion out the biscuits (makes 12)
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
