Roasted Chickpeas

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • oil spray


  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • In a medium bowl, add the chickpeas and lightly spray the oil until evenly coated
  • Add seasonings and mix until well combined
  • Spread the chickpeas evenly on a sheet pan
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
