Hi! I'm Nathalia!

Thank you for being here! I’m Nathalia a Registered Dietitian, wife, and dog lover.  My own weight-loss journey began just about 10 years ago.  Growing up I had a terrible relationship with food. I used to eat mainly fast foods that were highly processed.  During this time, I’d tried multiple fad diets and became obsessed with everything that I put in my body.  After extremely restricting myself from the foods that I love and working out excessively daily, I lost over 45 lbs and reached my goal weight.  BUT there was one major problem – I WAS STILL UNHAPPY.  This was when I decided to go back to school to become a Registered Dietitian.  Learning more about food and how your body works, helped me realize that all foods can fit.  I also learned how to balance my meals and snacks to help my body FEEL GOOD.  I’m truly blessed to help amazing women just like you do the same – I help our clients create a balanced life that they love while reaching a weight that makes them feel their best.

Nathalia completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics at Montclair State University, then completed her dietetic internship through Sodexo NY Campus.  She continued on to receive her Master of Science in Nutrition from Rhode Island University.  Nathalia is currently applying for her Doctorate of Science in Integrative and Functional Medicine.

Hi! I'm Leticia

I’m a Registered Dietitian and culinary expert! My love for cooking started at an early age. I would love to bake cakes and pretend I was on a cooking show! When my mother and sister embarked on a weight loss journey it affected our whole family. I started to eat better and feel better! I realized how amazing it is to nourish your body in a way that feels right for you. I wanted to share that with the world so I went back to school to study culinary and nutrition. Physical activity has also tremendously improved my life throughout my nutrition journey and I’m currently studying to become a personal trainer to better serve my clients!

My hobbies include: Photography, art, biking, cooking, working out, and music.

Leticia completed her Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship through PNC.  She is currently applying for her Masters of Science Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is also finalizing her personal training certification through NASM.
