Vinaigrette (Spelled Vinagrete in portuguese) is a Brazilian dish similar to pico de gallo and it pairs great with grilled meat. This dish is typically accompanied by rice, beans, meat, vegetables, and “farofa” (toasted cassava flour).

Brazilian Vinaigrette

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 4-5 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh or dried parsley


  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl
  • Mix until well combined
  • Refrigerate overnight for best results
