High Protein Egg Muffin

This high protein egg muffin has around 10g of protein each
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 6


  • 10 eggs
  • 5 oz container cottage cheese
  • 8 slices turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup peppers, diced
  • 3/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • seasoning of choice


  • Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • In a blender add eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings of choice
  • Grease 12 muffin tins (silicon works best) add turkey, spinach, peppers, shredded cheese
  • Add egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 4-5 days
