
High Protein Egg Muffin
This high protein egg muffin has around 10g of protein each

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 5 oz container cottage cheese
- 8 slices turkey breast
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup peppers, diced
- 3/4 cup spinach, chopped
- seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- In a blender add eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings of choice
- Grease 12 muffin tins (silicon works best) add turkey, spinach, peppers, shredded cheese
- Add egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Keep in the fridge for up to 4-5 days
