One of our client was having a hard time reaching her protein goals for the day and protein is one of the most important macro for weight loss! It helps you feel full longer and eat less through the day!

Together we came up with an easy recipe she could make every week to increase her protein intake ✅

Having her protein ready for the week helped her easily add it to meals and snacks ✨

Here is the same recipe she used for the shredded chicken ⬇️

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- Water

1️⃣ In an Instant Pot, add chicken breast and seasoning. Add water until the chicken is fully covered.
2️⃣ Set setting to high pressure for 30 minutes and quick release the pressure once it is finished.
3️⃣ Remove from the water and let cool for 10 minutes. Using 2 forks start shredding the chicken (you can use a hand mixer to make this part easier).
4️⃣ Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days (or freeze for 3-4 months).

Perfect toppling for Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, pancakes, or sandwiches 🥪 

Ingredients
1-2 cups frozen strawberries (you can sub for another fruit)
1-2 tbsp chia seeds (add more for thicker consistency)
1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
1️⃣ In a small saucepan over medium heat simmer the frozen strawberries for about 5 minutes (you can smash the fruit using the back of a wooden spoon)
2️⃣ Add chia seeds and lemon juice, mix until we’ll combined
3️⃣ Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before adding it to containers
4️⃣ Refrigerate for up to 5-7 days
