  • 3 small Persian cucumbers
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste


  • Chop the dill and cucumber into very small pieces (you can use a food processor for this)
  • remove excess water from the cucumber by using paper towels or a fine strainer
  • Mix cucumber and dill with the yogurt
  • Add lemon juice and seasonings
  • Enjoy!
